Management Team


John Bostick
Executive Chairman

John is a seasoned computer industry veteran. Prior to founding LÛCRUM in 1993, he was general manager for Pomeroy Computer Resources where he provided strategic direction for services aimed at fortune 1,000 companies and other large institutions. Prior to Pomeroy, John spent ten years with IBM. At the age of 26 he became one of the youngest marketing managers in IBM history. John has received numerous regional and national awards.

 

Matt Torborg
Chief Financial Officer

Matt is responsible for all aspects of LÛCRUM’s accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, financial controls, budget/forecasting and legal review of contracts. He joined LÛCRUM in 2001 as controller, was promoted to chief financial officer in 2002 and was appointed treasurer in 2003. Prior to joining LÛCRUM, Matt held senior accounting positions at various regional IT companies and was with Arthur Andersen LLP for more than eight years in the firm’s audit practice.

 

Jodie Heflin
Vice President, Service Delivery

Jodie joined LÛCRUM in 1998 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of LÛCRUM’s service delivery organization. Jodie served LÛCRUM’s Energy clients for more than six years, during which time she routinely managed outsourcing arrangements, provided management consulting, and analyzed and reengineered business processes to increase employee efficiency and achieve business goals. Her passion is turning data into information that can be used to drive businesses forward, and she has been providing business insight to managers and executives of Fortune 500 firms for 15+ years. Prior to joining LÛCRUM, Jodie held IT leadership positions in the manufacturing and insurance industries.

 

Sheila Leavitt
Executive Assistant to the CEO

Sheila joined LÛCRUM in 1996. She has more than 20 years of experience in office administration and support at the executive level. Sheila is an active member of the International Association of Administrative Professionals, Northern Kentucky Chapter, and is a member of the association’s board of directors.

Doug Dockery
Vice President of Business Development

Doug is responsible for expanding the company's capabilities in manufacturing and distribution problem solving with an emphasis on data management within global manufacturing best practices. He joined LÛCRUM in 2007 and is a seasoned veteran with more than twenty years of IT leadership experience. He has a proven track record developing client relationships and solving complex business problems. Previously, Doug served as director of information technology for several large companies.

Dwayne V. Smith, M.D.
St. Elizabeth Medical Center

Dwayne V. Smith, M.D., is chief of surgery at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Northern Kentucky. Dr. Smith is also president of Centre View Surgicare Holdings, LLC, an ambulatory surgery center development company. He is a certified physician executive, holds a specialty board certification from the American Board of Surgery, and is licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. His professional experience includes high-level positions such as chief of surgery and president of the Medical Staff with various hospitals and medical centers in the Tristate region.

 

Timothy B. Matthews
Chief Administrative Officer

Timothy Matthews serves as CEO and President of Jewelry Television, the nation's largest retailer of loose gemstones and the largest dedicated television retailer of fine jewelry. Prior to his position at Jewelry Television, he served as a partner at the law firm of Keating, Muething & Klekamp, P.L.L., for over 20 years and was head of the Commercial Finance and Reorganization Practice Group with practice emphasis on the full spectrum of financing and capitalization transactions. He also has continued his service on the board of directors of several middle market companies. During his 27 years of legal practice, he developed expertise in corporate mergers and acquisitions, taxation and management succession and estate planning. He has published in the American Bankruptcy Law Journal and has served as adjunct professor of taxation at The Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
