Recruiting Process

Recruiting is an individualized process at LÛCRUM.

  1. Once your resume has been submitted to lucrumrecruiting@lucruminc.com , you will receive an e-mail confirming that we have received your resume submission.
  2. We will review your skill set in relationship to our current hiring needs. If there is not an immediate fit for your skill set, we will keep your resume on file in our database for one year. If there is an immediate fit, we will contact you either by e-mail or phone to set up an interview.
  3. We generally start our conversations with an introductory phone interview with a representative from our Recruiting Department.
  4. Based upon that interview, the second-round interview typically will be a face-to-face team interview where we explore the breadth and depth of your technical and business abilities. At any given time, you may meet with a member of the senior management team, the hiring manager and/or a technical expert.
  5. Additional rounds of interviews that may include client meetings might be necessary before a decision is made.
