Leadership Team

John Bostick

Chairman & Founder

John is a seasoned computer industry veteran, writer, and public speaker with over 30 years of experience in Information Technology.

He has held leadership positions with IBM and other technology firms. Along with winning the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award® in 2000, John has authored many articles related to business, entrepreneurialism and information technology topics and has established himself as a thought leader in the data management industry. John’s insightful articles have been published in popular industry and business publications that include The Wall Street Journal and CIO Magazine. John spends his “free time” teaching culinary arts at one of the largest non-degreed cooking schools in the US (Jungle Jims). He enjoys eating the food he cooks with his wife, Erin, who is an avid gardener, and feeding his three teenage boys. An outdoorsman from his early childhood days in the Adirondacks, John loves to fish, hike, climb, ski, and play his guitar around the campfire when everyone can’t leave that easily.

For over 20 years, John’s been serving Fortune 500 customers in both business management and IT leadership. When he’s not consulting and providing world-class business intelligence solutions, you can find John with his wife, Linda, somewhere in the Caribbean!

Eric Duell

Wendy recently joined LÛCRUM as a Client Services Partner and, as a CPA in an Audit Practice at E&Y, has a certain ability to see numbers and their nuances that most people don’t have. Wendy’s a Cincinnati native and has always kept not one but two sharp “Partner” games: golf and tennis. As a college tennis competitor some 20 years ago, Wendy continues to have a great forehand and never chokes on those Ad-out points. When it comes to the long-drive contest on the golf course, don’t let her fool you into letting her tee-off from the women’s tees!

Business Development Team

Suzanne Lorch

Suzanne took an interesting path to LUCRUM. After nearly 10 years at IBM as an Account Executive, she stepped off the career path to stay at home with her 2 daughters for awhile. She then re-started her career almost 4 years ago at LÛCRUM, where she is deeply focused in the world of Business Intelligence, solving unique business problems. Being both business savvy and technically savvy is a great set of personal assets. As a former college basketball player, when Tom’s not “courting business,” Tom’s coaching young men and women on the basketball court!
