John Bostick
Chairman & Founder
John is a seasoned computer industry veteran, writer, and public speaker with over 30 years of experience in Information Technology. He has held leadership positions with Fortune 1000, Private 500 firms and mid-sized enterprises. During his 10-year tenure with IBM in their Chicago and Cincinnati offices, John was recognized multiple times for his achievements in direct and channel sales, marketing programs, and sales management. John was distinguished as the winner of the Ernst & Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award® in 2000. This award, created by Ernst & Young LLP in 1987, has become the preeminent program honoring outstanding entrepreneurs for achieving extraordinary success in such areas as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities. John has authored many articles related to business, entrepreneurialism and information technology topics and has established himself as a thought leader in the data management industry. John’s insightful articles have been published in popular industry and business publications that include The Wall Street Journal and CIO Magazine. John holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Wabash College in Indiana and is also a graduate of Culver Military Academy.

Jody Detzel
Managing Partner
Jody is a proven leader in the Information Technology industry, with over 20 years of experience in delivering exceptional business results. Prior to joining LUCRUM, Jody worked for Microsoft as the Branch Manager for southern Ohio and the Commonwealth of Kentucky; and then as Practice Manager of Microsoft’s Midwest District Enterprise Services, based in Chicago, Illinois. Most recently he held the position of Vice-President of Sales for Vero Beach, Florida based firm, SpectorSoft. Throughout his career Mr. Detzel has had senior level involvement in Sales Management, Business Development, and Organizational Leadership. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Matt Torborg
Chief Financial Officer
Matt is responsible for all aspects of LUCRUM’s accounting, financial reporting, financial analysis, financial controls, budget/forecasting and legal review of contracts. He joined LUCRUM in 2001 as controller, was promoted to chief financial officer in 2002 and was appointed treasurer in 2003. Prior to joining LUCRUM, Matt held senior accounting positions at various regional IT companies and was with Arthur Andersen LLP for more than eight years in the firm’s audit practice.

Jodie Heflin
Vice President, Business Intelligence Solutions
Jodie joined LUCRUM in 1998 and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of LUCRUM’s service delivery organization. Jodie served LUCRUM’s Energy clients for more than nine years, during which time she routinely managed outsourcing arrangements, provided management consulting, and analyzed and reengineered business processes to increase employee efficiency and achieve business goals. Her passion is turning data into information that can be used to drive businesses forward, and she has been providing business insight to managers and executives of Fortune 500 firms for 18+ years. Prior to joining LUCRUM, Jodie held IT leadership positions in the manufacturing and insurance industries. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati.

Sheila Leavitt
Chief Administrative Officer
Sheila joined LUCRUM in 1996. She has more than 20 years of experience in office administration and support at the executive level. Sheila is a member of The Queen City North Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals® (IAAP®)

Dwayne V. Smith, M.D.
St. Elizabeth Medical Center
Dwayne V. Smith, M.D., is chief of surgery at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in Northern Kentucky. Dr. Smith is also president of Centre View Surgicare Holdings, LLC, an ambulatory surgery center development company. He is a certified physician executive, holds a specialty board certification from the American Board of Surgery, and is licensed to practice in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. His professional experience includes high-level positions such as chief of surgery and president of the Medical Staff with various hospitals and medical centers in the Tristate region.

Timothy B. Matthews
Chief Administrative Officer
Timothy Matthews serves as CEO and President of Jewelry Television, the nation’s largest retailer of loose gemstones and the largest dedicated television retailer of fine jewelry. Prior to his position at Jewelry Television, he served as a partner at the law firm of Keating, Muething & Klekamp, P.L.L., for over 20 years and was head of the Commercial Finance and Reorganization Practice Group with practice emphasis on the full spectrum of financing and capitalization transactions. He also has continued his service on the board of directors of several middle market companies. During his 27 years of legal practice, he developed expertise in corporate mergers and acquisitions, taxation and management succession and estate planning. He has published in the American Bankruptcy Law Journal and has served as adjunct professor of taxation at The Salmon P. Chase College of Law.
